Emergency Cleans – We can not always guarantee this service as pre-booked cleans always get priority.
Rubbish Removal – Included in this fee we can remove around six to eight large bags of rubbish that can fit in a medium to large vehicle, this usually is all that is required for a domestic after party clean. If any rubbish is left over we neatly bag up and place next to the bins. We arrange for extra rubbish to be removed but this needs to be discussed at the time of the booking and extra fees may apply.
Cancellations – Hangover Helpers require 48 hours for any cancellation and a full refund will be paid. If cancellations happen under 48 hours 80% of the total cleaning invoice will still need to be paid.
